We’re proud to share that Financial Services Review has named E-Accounting Solutions one of its Top Outsourced Accounting and Fractional CFO Services providers for 2026.

For a woman-owned, veteran-led firm based in West Chicago, Illinois, this recognition means a great deal. But it really belongs to the business owners who trust us with their numbers every day: the contractors, haulers, farmers and research teams who let us inside their operations so we can help them make better decisions.

What the profile covers
The magazine’s profile, Shoot, Move, Communicate: Accounting & CFO that Drives Decisions, looks at how we turn accounting from a monthly chore into something owners can actually run their business on. Our work starts with understanding how a company operates: we review the books, talk with owners and their teams, and then build reporting around the one or two issues that matter most right now.
A real example: profit by truck and by load
One story in the profile comes from a trucking and hauling client. The trucks were busy and the owner was working hard, but there was no way to tell which trucks, and which loads, were actually making money. QuickBooks Online reports on their own couldn’t answer that question.
We added job-tracking software that records every job by truck and by load and syncs both ways with QuickBooks Online. Now the owner can see profit for each truck and each load, and make pricing, routing and equipment decisions with real numbers instead of gut feel. As the profile sums it up: “The problem was not effort. It was visibility.”
That’s the gap we close for most of our clients. Hard-working owners usually don’t need more effort; they need to see clearly where the money is made and where it leaks.
Shoot, Move, Communicate
Our founder and CEO spent more than 20 years in the U.S. Army, from running a mess hall in Germany to serving as a Battalion Motor Sergeant and leading logistics operations. The Army’s basic rule for any unit, shoot, move, communicate, shapes how we approach every client:
- Shoot (produce): accurate books and reliable reports, delivered on time, every time.
- Move (use resources well): put cash, equipment and people where they earn the most.
- Communicate: clear reporting so the owner and the team act on the same information.
Our founder and CEO wrote more about this framework in The military saying “Shoot, Move, Communicate” captures accounting services perfectly.
